The pro-Russian authorities of Donetsk announce the arrival of the first reservists

MADRID, 30 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The pro-Russian authorities of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), in eastern Ukraine, announced this Friday the arrival in the territory under their control of the first reservists activated in the partial mobilization order declared just over a week ago by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"The first military personnel have already arrived on DPR territory and will proceed to undergo an intensive combat course," the pro-Russian Donetsk military administration announced on its Telegram account.

The reservists will carry out exercises in training camps "that will take into account the experience accumulated in recent months," the message added.

The arrival of this deployment takes place at the same time that the pro-Russian leader of Donetsk, Denis Pushilin, acknowledged that the Ukrainian forces have managed to partially surround the Russian troops in the Limán area, the gateway to the Lugansk region, also dominated by pro-Russian forces.

Pushilin has described in Telegram as "worrying" the information that arrives on the ground and that, in his opinion, tries to "eclipse" a "historical" event such as the formal annexation to Russia of four regions of eastern Ukraine -- Donetsk and Lugansk. between them--.

The pro-Russian leader has called for "resisting" against the attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which have made significant progress in the eastern zone since they began a military counteroffensive a month ago.

Putin, it is worth recalling, will sign this Friday the accession of the territories under his control in Donetsk, Lugansk, Jershon and Zaporiyia, in a new step to try to legitimize Russian sovereignty over militarily occupied territories.
