The number of people hospitalized for coronavirus in Spain has decreased by 20.2 percent during the last week, with decreases in all the autonomous communities. ICU admissions due to COVID-19 have also dropped by 16.4%, while data from the Ministry of Health show that 319 new deaths from the pandemic have been registered since last Tuesday.

Health has reported this Tuesday of 7,836 people currently hospitalized in Spain, 1,990 less than the previous Tuesday, on July 26, when 9,826 hospitalized patients were reported. Meanwhile, this Friday there are 431 people in the ICU, 85 less than last Tuesday.
