The Government urges Feijóo to put "order" in the PP in the face of Ayuso's refusal to save energy

Pilar Llop sees the president's attitude as unpresentable and Raquel Sánchez says that Madrid should not be the "Gallic village" allied with Putin

MADRID, 3 Ago. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The Minister of Justice, Pilar Llop, said this Wednesday that she thinks it "important" that there be a "leadership in the Popular Party" and that its president, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, "put order in his party" in the face of the president's refusal of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso to apply the energy saving plan announced by the Government.

Llop has assured that he finds it "really unpresentable that the president of the Community of Madrid has made some demonstrations against Europe and against European policies". "Evidently what we are seeing is that there are still leadership problems in the Popular Party," she said in an interview with TVE, collected by Europa Press.

The head of Justice has pronounced this way after the communities governed by the PP -such as Galicia, Madrid and Murcia- charged against the Executive of Pedro Sánchez for not agreeing with the autonomies on their energy saving plan, which includes measures such as turn off shop windows at 10 p.m. or limit the temperature of the air conditioning and heating.

Llop has referred directly to Díaz Ayuso after being asked about the possibility that, as announced by the Community of Madrid, the Executive decree will be brought before the Constitutional Court. Given this scenario, the minister has insisted that she is surprised by the statements of the regional president.

Thus, he recalled that "a few days ago" the president of the European Commission warned that the area is going through "a scenario of great uncertainty in which anything can happen" and that "the solidarity of all the countries of the European Union".

"We have to be in solidarity with Europe", underlined Llop after recalling that "energy is being used as a weapon of war" at the moment.

In the same way, the Minister of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, Raquel Sánchez, has spoken in an interview in the news program of Canal 24 hora de TVE, in which she has sued the president of the Popular Party, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, that " put your party in order", and has demanded of the PP "rigor, responsibility and be up to the task at a time that is very complicated".

In this sense, Raquel Sánchez has criticized that the same Feijóo who asked for saving measures allows some leaders of his party to say that "these measures are useless" and that they are not going to apply them.

Likewise, in reference to the refusal to implement energy saving measures in Madrid, he has disgraced its president, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, that her community "cannot become a kind of Gallic village that, together with Orbán, allies with Putin" and that "that is what he seems to intend".
