Petronor, a subsidiary of the Repsol group, has recorded a diesel drag abroad early this Friday, through a manhole connected to the Barbadún river, caused by heavy rains, which it considers controlled hours later, as reported by the refinery biscayan

Early this Friday morning, due to heavy rains, "diesel was dragged from the Petronor facilities to the outside, through a relief manhole connected to the Barbadún River."

As a consequence, the company has installed "the appropriate containment and suction means" and has reported the incident to the municipalities of Muskiz, Abanto Zierbena and Zierbena, to SOS Deiak, as well as to the IPPC-Environmental Inspection Service and other competent authorities. .
