Inverco considers that the Create and Grow Law "falls short"

MADRID, 3 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The employers' association Inverco considers that the Create and Grow Law "falls short" by not establishing a "full homogenization" with community regulations, according to its president, Ángel Martínez-Aldama, at the XII National Meeting of Collective Investment, organized by the APD, Deloitte and the employers' association Inverco.

The president of Inverco has recognized that the new legislation does advance in questions of information to participants or in the sending of telematic information.

"We hope that in some bill (...) this full equality can be given as soon as possible," he said.

On the other hand, Martínez-Aldama has once again emphasized that the second pillar, the employment plans, cannot be promoted at the expense of the third, the individual system plans, and considers that "the multipillar model must be respected and maintained ".

The president of Inverco has proposed that a transitory regime be established by which the savings of employees whose companies do not yet have an employment plan are channeled to the third pillar and that these funds are then transferred.

In addition, Martínez-Aldama has proposed a special tax regime for participants who invest in sustainable funds and sustainable funds that invest in small and medium-sized companies, in addition to the exemption of the sale of capital gains on real estate up to 150,000 euros for financial income .
