Feijóo defends a "credible" foreign policy in which Spain cannot be "humiliated" after the summit with Morocco

MADRID, 3 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has defended this Friday, after the high-level meeting between Spain and Morocco held in Rabat, a "credible" foreign policy in which Spain cannot be "humiliated". Having said this, he has criticized the fact that the head of the Executive, Pedro Sánchez, went to "take a picture" on that trip and was "dispatched" with a phone call from Mohamed VI.

"Sánchez's model is to make inexplicable and inexplicable lurches in foreign policy and go to Morocco to take a photo and be dispatched with a phone call," Feijóo declared, after the King of Morocco did not receive the head of the Executive on the occasion from the summit in Rabat and only had a telephone conversation.

On this point, Feijóo has stated that his "model" is for Spain to be "a respected country in the world" and "with a credible foreign policy in which this country cannot be humiliated because this country does not humiliate any other country".

This has been pronounced in Feijóo in an act in Alcantarilla (Murcia) in the presentation of the PP candidate for mayor of the municipality, Joaquín Buendía, in which the president of the PP of the Murcia region, Fernando López Miras, has participated.
