The new global alliance of Bosch, Fein and Rothenberger batteries, called AmpShare - powered by Bosch, offers a single 18-volt system that is compatible with many brands, applications and countries and that already includes more than 25 companies, according to the German company. it's a statement.

This allows professional users in all industries to be offered a variety of uses and to cover virtually any application using the AmpShare battery.

An advantage for users is that all Bosch brand professional batteries purchased since 2008 will continue to be compatible. In other words, more than 80 million batteries can still be used in all Bosch professional tools and, in the future, also in all AmpShare alliance tools. By the end of 2023, it is planned to have 300 compatible tools, including 50 new ones from Bosch Professional.

Companies such as Fischer (technological company in fastening systems) have joined the new AmpShare alliance; AAT Alber Antriebstechnik (manufacturer of electric stair-climbing systems); Bepo (specialist in milling machines and joint cutters for the assembly and restoration of windows); Förch (supplier of power tools); Honsel (rivet and fixing systems); Kolektor (experts in battery-powered multifunctional pressure sprayers).

In addition to Kummert (manufacturer of pipeline inspection systems); Leister (process heat and plastics welding systems); Mato (lubrication technology company); Signode, Orgapack and Strapex (packaging company with strapping tools); PerfectPro (manufacturer of radios for construction) and Rexroth (company of safe screwdriving systems). In addition, Medmix will adapt the Cox and MK series to the AmpShare interface.
