Bit2Me launches a cryptocurrency service for banks, companies and public institutions

MADRID, 13 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) -

Cryptocurrency company Bit2Me has launched Bit2Me Crypto API, a product with which other companies can use Bit2Me's infrastructure and operations to implement cryptocurrency and Web3 white-label services "quickly, securely and with proper regulatory compliance."

This new service has been specially designed for regulated entities, such as traditional banks, although it can also be used by other businesses such as neobanks, fintech companies, startups or even governments and public institutions, according to the company in a statement.

Bit2Me's product director, Gabriel Ayala, has pointed out that with this new service "a bank will be able to offer the purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin or ethereum to its clients without having to worry about the complexity involved in setting up the infrastructure of an exchange. ".

"Bit2Me Crypto API will allow them to offer a highly demanded service in a fast, safe and simple way. For example, a bank could, overnight, provide crypto services to its clients and, with it, open a new avenue of business that reports benefits both to its accounts and to its users", Ayala stated.

The launch is integrated into the business services area (B2B), which the company started in 2021 and has been promoting in recent months. In addition, this is announced days after learning that Telefónica has invested in Bit2Me through an investment round that could exceed 30 million.
