The side becomes the fifth injured after the casualties of Araujo, Koundé, Memphis and De Jong

MADRID, 27 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) -

FC Barcelona has reported this Tuesday that the winger Héctor Bellerín has "some discomfort" in the soleus of his left leg, so he joins the casualties of Memphis Depay, Frenkie de Jong, Ronald Araujo and Jules Koundé.

"Bellerín has noticed some discomfort in the soleus of his left leg during today's training. Tomorrow more tests will be carried out to find out the exact extent of these discomforts," the Barça team explained on social media.

In this way, the right-back could miss some of the crucial matches in the next month of competition with his club, including the important Champions League matches against Inter Milan and Bayern and the Clásico against Real Madrid in October.

The Barça club has paid the consequences of the international team break. Thus, the one who has come out worse off is the Uruguayan Araujo, who suffers an avulsion of the adductor longus tendon of the right thigh and could be out for a few months.

In the case of the French Koundé, he suffers an injury to the femoral biceps of his left thigh, which will leave him in the dry dock for several weeks, although his return will depend on his recovery. Also, the Dutch Frenkie De Jong has an elongation in the semitendinosus of the left thigh, while his compatriot Memphis suffers an injury to the biceps femoris of the left thigh.

In total five casualties that leave touched a squad that had not suffered physical problems until the arrival of the international team break.
