Bankinter has agreed to pay a dividend of 0.064 euros for each share of the bank on September 28, 2022, as reported to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
This is the second dividend corresponding to the results of the 2022 financial year. In the first half of the year, Bankinter obtained a net profit of 271 million euros, 10.8% more, excluding the extraordinary capital gain that the bank recorded for its IPO .
The amount to be distributed is 0.06453401 euros gross and 0.05227255 euros net. The first dividend charged to 2022, which was distributed last June, was 0.074 euros gross and 0.06003767 euros net per share.
The payment to the shareholders of the dividend will be made through the entities participating in the Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Compensación y Liquidación de Valores, S.A. (Iberclear) and in accordance with its operating rules, Bankinter acting as the paying entity.
