Abascal denounces that Sánchez "lives very well" with half of the "domesticated" opposition and insists on agreeing to a motion of censure

MADRID, 18 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The leader of Vox, Santiago Abascal, has warned this Wednesday that the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez "lives very well" with half of the opposition "tamed and gagged" and has asked if it is so difficult to agree on the presentation of a motion of censure against he.

In a series of comments published on his personal Twitter account, Abascal has insisted on the need to debate in Congress a motion of no confidence against the head of the Executive that "forces" him to "render accounts" and "talk about everything that he does not want to talk".

In this sense, in full controversy over the measures for pregnant women announced in Castilla y León, he has attacked the Popular Party for opposing this initiative, although without directly citing the party led by Alberto Núñez Feijóo.

"How is it possible that the President of the Government goes to a summit of billionaires to negotiate in dark offices the future of our country and to declare war on the opposition and that nobody does anything to stop it?" he asks.

Abascal also denounces that the streets are "filling up" with rapists while "those responsible laugh at the victims", in reference to the Ministry of Equality. And while, he laments, "some seem to be numb."

Along the same lines, he reproaches the Government for making a Penal Code "tailored to coup plotters, criminals and corrupt people" and wonders how some can still try to seek "alliances" with them.

"How is it possible that the call effect has ended peace and tranquility in the most humble neighborhoods and some seem indifferent to insecurity?", he continues.

The Vox leader ends his series of reproaches by alluding to the fiscal pressure suffered by families and utility bills, while "some shy away from debates such as energy sovereignty, tax cuts or the protection of who have less".

Vox has assured in recent weeks that it continues to work to find support for the motion of no confidence announced before Christmas and also a candidate who meets the characteristics of independence and commitment to an immediate electoral call.

However, he has acknowledged his "surprise" at the attitude of the Popular Party and has pointed out that the initiative could finally become a motion against the "popular" by portraying his "pacts" with Sánchez.
