In 2018, the credit is 30% for the taxpayers covered by this measure. According to a parliamentary report, 5680 municipalities have increased their rate by 2018, while 24 250 have not changed. In these communes, the amount of the property tax may rise.

These are singles earning more than 2592 euros per month or couples with a child involving at least 4722 euros per month. These taxpayers may also be affected by an increase in their tax rate.
