The automotive group manufactures on its site of Poissy, the heart of the respirators that will then be delivered to hospitals to help the sick of the Covid-19.
The respirators have replaced the cars in the factory in Poissy (Yvelines) of the PSA group. The site typically produces 300 small 4x4 luxurious urban DS3 Crossback per day. Since the beginning of the health crisis, the rows are arrested, and a hundred employee volunteers are actively involved in the manufacturing of the heart of the respirators for the French hospitals.

Valves, but also joints, reducers, solenoid valves, gears, springs, flexible hoses : approximately 140 plastic parts, aluminium and brass must find their place, at the end of eight assembly lines in parallel.
