This system will be more advantageous than the classical scheme of partial unemployment, which from 1 October will compensate more employees to the extent of 72% of the net salary with a rest load-40% for businesses.

Now this plan, which terms and conditions have changed to the 1st of June, a company whose activity is reduced to compensate the employee to the tune of 84% of net (100% for the minimum wage (Smic) in the limit of 4.5 times the Minimum wage, with a cost of 15% for businesses.

This basic scheme, thus redefined, will be valid for a maximum of six months.
