She also points out that "in the current state of the articles of association", the director-general of LHD "can only act on behalf of the president," but that it has not been found any trace of the delegations granted to two previous directors-general. For a third director, "it was produced a document dated April 13, 2015 and signed by Luc Lemonnier" while the latter was not yet president, says the chamber.

LHD is now run by Alexandra Ruiz, a former advisor to the business reserved to Edward Philippe Matignon from July 2017 to September 2018.
