She also points out that "in the current state of the articles of association", the director-general of LHD "can only act on behalf of the president," but that it has not been found any trace of the delegations granted to two previous directors-general. For a third director, "it was produced a document dated April 13, 2015 and signed by Luc Lemonnier" while the latter was not yet president, says the chamber.

"As a result, all of the acts taken under the direction of the directors mentioned above is presumed to be devoid of legal basis, with the consequences that can result for themselves as to the presidents of the association", is there shown. LHD is now run by Alexandra Ruiz, a former advisor to the business reserved to Edward Philippe Matignon from July 2017 to September 2018.
