The Court of auditors has called for this Thursday to "review" the allocation of 1,000 additional advisers of Pole employment to take account of the influx coming from job seekers, in a global report, which took the lid off the policy of human resources of the public operator vis-à-vis its executive officers.
In this report, made public Thursday, and entitled "the management of Pôle emploi, ten years after its creation", the Court of accounts passes to the comb end of the public operator between 2012 and 2019.

The recent increase in staff numbers, to the tune of 1000 jobs, fixed-term contract over three years, announced in the summer of 2019 at the same time as the reform of unemployment insurance, "is to re-examine in the context of the analysis of the means to be implemented to cope with the increase coming in the number of job-seekers induced by the epidemic of Covid-19".

in addition, the Court notes that the "strategic indicators" set up by the operator to measure its performance include the "many positive points". But, is she, "the focus on these indicators," including the "rate of satisfaction of job seekers regarding the monitoring to which they are entitled", "has taken on the review of the indicators related to the return to employment". As well, she said, "the results of the action of Pôle emploi in favour of long-term unemployed remain uncertain".
