The tabaksprijzen this year in the Netherlands has increased considerably. In July of 2020, the price for the materials is 19 per cent higher than in the same month of the previous year, reported the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) on Tuesday.
The differences in price are mainly as a result of the two trigger earlier this year.
for example, in april the price of a pack of cigarettes a 1 euro increase. The tax increase followed the increase this year of 14 cents and the same is true for other tobacco products.
In July of 2020, the price is for a pack of cigarettes, to 15.7 per cent more than the previous year, while the price of the ryo by as much as 27.3 percent rise. Cigars need to be 4.2 per cent more to be paid than in the previous year.
On 1 January 2021, a further increase of 12 cents in the planned, and the price of that and a pack of cigarettes in 2023 have come at a cost of 10 euros.
