Pay for his driving licence with his CPF, it is possible!

Good news. The personal account of formation (CPF) will support the preparation of the code and the driving licence from 15 march, according to a decree on the application of the law, "Equality and citizenship", published on 3 march in the official Journal.

"Thanks to this measure, each may decide to use the hours of training listed on his / her personal account of training to finance all or part of the costs related to the transition of the code or for driving lessons. as a reminder, the personal account of training entered into force on 5 January 2015. Accessible to employees and applicants for employment in the private sector (it will be extended to the self-employed in 2018), it allows them, when they are in employment, earn up to 150 hours of training. What are the conditions to fulfill?

To do this, the obtaining of the driving licence must meet several requirements.

1/ The mobilization of the personal account of formation (CPF) to that end must "contribute to the realization of a professional project or to promote the security of the professional career of the asset".

2/ The training will be organized by a licensed driving school and with "the quality training agency". From 1 January 2018, driving schools eligible must also meet specific quality criteria for training organisations", and a dialogue has been initiated to establish a "quality label" sector-specific.
