Hangover or tomorrows... The passage of a year in the other always gives rise to changes to rates and regulations. Without surprise, on 1 January 2020 is no exception to the tradition. And there is little chance that you will spend through all the new features. Luckily, some of which you will certainly be favorable. So, on your calculator !

1. A small increase in the Minimum wage

once again, the minimum wage has no right to "kick-start" of the executive this year. This does not, however, the Minimum wage increase of 1.2% as of 1 January. In 2020, the hourly minimum wage now appears to 10.15 euros gross. An increase of 12 cents an hour. For a full-time worker, it has now reached 1539,45 euros gross monthly. 2. The "small pensions" on the rise

If you're retired and you touch less than 2000 euros monthly (including your supplementary pension), your basic pension (the social security) is re-indexed on inflation. This ensures a better maintenance of your purchasing power. The minimum old-age pension (later renamed the solidarity allowance for the elderly) increases, of him, of 35 euros per month for single persons, and € 54 for couples. It has now reached 903 euros for the first and 1402 euros for the latter.

3. The ceiling of the safely up

The maximum monthly amount of social Security goes from 3377 € 3428€. This cap is used for the calculation of the maximum amount of certain social security benefits such as daily allowances for sickness, maternity or an accident at work. 4. Taxes drop

The tax households to the most affluent will have them, wait until 2021 to see their property tax eased to 35% and then 2022 to see it disappear completely.

6. Deduction at source for employment at home

Came into effect last year for most employees, the deduction at source of income tax is now also the home-based employment. To the extent that they are taxable, gardeners, nannies, household helpers and other child-minders will be paid the amounts due to the tax authorities on their payroll monthly. Don't panic : The employer should not have any administrative process additional to perform, provided they declare their employees through devices Cesu or Paje.

7. Married, beware of the regime change

You want to change your matrimonial property regime with a view to the adoption of a community scheme (community, universal or reduced in value) ? As of 1 January, this approach is effective because you are no longer eligible for the waiver of registration fees which applied until then. Now, the act is subject to a fixed registration of 125 euros, to which must be added - in case of transfer of property - a tax of land publicity in the amount of 0,715% on each property.

8. Up stamps

The Post take advantage of the change of the year to review its rates. And almost all prices are rising, sometimes quite significantly. The green stamp ? It thus passes from 0.88 euro 0.97 euro unit, an increase of 9%. The stamp is a red (high priority) ? It climbs up also 11 cents, to $ 1,16 euros the unit. The letter recommended ? 9. Gas is less expensive

11. More charges for new autoentrepreneurs

Now, the autoentrepreneurs who create their activity does not benefit more than a year of payroll tax cuts (Acre), compared to three previously. And only unemployed workers receiving (or who have been enrolled for more than 6 months with Pôle emploi), the recipients of minimum social benefits and young people aged 18 to 25 years of age can benefit from it. Those who already benefit from the Acre remain in the old system. But for them, too, the exemption of social security contributions becomes less attractive.

12. The RSI, it is really finished

Since January 1, 2018, the social protection of independent is no longer managed by the social Regime of independent (RSI), but by the general system of social Security. 16. Tobacco sometimes more expensive

Smoking, don't worry ! Most of the packages of cigarettes did not increase in this 1st January. 17. Station to the polluting cars

18. A bonus ecological more restrictive

If you buy in 2020, a vehicle said to own, that is to say, emitting less than 20 grams of CO2 per kilometre, you will benefit again this year, with a bonus ecological granted by the State. But it will now be variable according to the purchase price. The bonus is thus maintained at 6,000 euros, but only for those households purchasing an electric car for less than 45.000 euros. It is limited to 3.000 euros for vehicles costing 45,000 euros to 60,000 euros and disappears for the most expensive cars, a price higher than 60,000 euros. In addition, the bonus is also maintained at 900 euro for the electric vehicles with two or three wheels. It finally reached 200 euros for the electric bikes for people with modest incomes, in addition to using a community.

19. More cars radar
