Jails: 500 inmates deprived of training in the Ile-de-France

The training bodies which were to operate in 2016 had been chosen by the former socialist majority in the wake of a call for projects past the fall of last year. The regional council had opted for the granting of a subsidy to selected trainers, sum limited to 50 000 euros per share.
