With its outsourcing company in cosmetics, Isabelle Guyomarch has designed products for women with cancer. An innovation born in the pain.

Innovate is not to invent it. The origin of the latin word "innovare" means "return to," renew. Innovare is composed of the verb novare (change-again) and the prefix in -, which indicates motion toward the inside.

It is so good to bring something new to the existing. This is probably the reason why the word is so used as to be qualified buzzword !

But what does resilience in this case ? I would for my part the two concepts.

The resilience is initially a physical concept, the ability of materials to return to the previous state. It has become over the decades a notion of psychological implies the ability to bounce back and, therefore, to go further...

This resilience, I use it constantly and I listed it in the operation of my business. Especially within the laboratory of Research & Development.

Because innovate is a test, it is first to accept failure, know how to respond and bounce back.

This sense of observation, it is necessary to develop and to refine the perception of what surrounds us in 360°. Look good... she is there the opportunity...

Next, we need to say no, because of the difficulty arises with the compromise and there will be only a short step to move toward compromise if one is not vigilant. Innovation will be a word, marketing.

If it is not taken into account, the probability to fail is high. In a competitive business environment, the gain of time is public enemy number 1 of the innovation. Finally, the most important in my eyes : know how to take risks. For a successful innovation, it is not necessary to set limits : the innovation can only flourish in the shackles of the existing situation and constraints.

When I run the Group CCI Productions on the project Ozalys, in 2014, I am at the end of the treatment of an aggressive breast cancer. Mutilated, exhausted, depressed but alive ! My group industrial sub-contracting cosmetic is in danger. My the minority shareholders want to sell, I can't find the money to redeem their shares, the employees are concerned, the partners also.

And yet, I find the way to bounce back. This past months to observe my environment sick with cancer and my new condition of the injured woman is born the project Ozalys. The ambition unique to help women around the world to regain self esteem through a range of cosmetics adapted to their situation. In this place of suffering, moral and physical, that became the bathroom, bring them comfort and solace. Three years research have been necessary a year entirely dedicated to ingredients, toxicology and the epidemiology of women's cancers.

Innovate, this meant reconciling security and efficiency, luxury and accessibility. Create a global brand, going beyond the laws and regulations conventional, which upsets the dermocosmetics classic.

A project of the enterprise, society in the literal sense of the term for the group CCI Productions does not own-branded.

A social project since we are over two million women each year in the world to face the diagnosis of breast cancer and its implications for womanhood.

No limit

For these women, I want the best, I does not set any limit to my teams. I refuse all compromise, and the meetings end more often by a NON.

We have innovated, we have been beyond the state of the art, invested over one million euros in the development, took all the risks and today the brand Ozalys exists. Composed of 11 products for hygiene and care, she conquers both women and physicians around the world.
