Dutch companies jerker lines still have their day in court

the Dutch airline will continue to provide consumers with almost impossible to get their money back for a cancelled flight. That's according to research by the association for the Geldgids. The companies are acting in violation of the European rules and regulations.

According to the Eu legislation, consumers have a right to a refund if the airline or operating air carrier of the flight cancellation. This is for the full amount, including the costs for the stoelreserveringen, luggage and booking fee.
