Big increase in mortgage applications due to renewal, and, second, loans

The number of mortgage applications in the second quarter of this year, as many as 40 per cent higher than in the same period of the previous year. The increase was primarily driven by the renewal of your mortgage for a better interest rate and a loan is closed.
