A judge still needs to decide on a 1.5-m distance in the hospitality industry

The judge is still ruling in the case in which Koninklijke Horeca Nederland (KHN) filed by the State of the anderhalvemeterregel in coffee shops and restaurants. Mid-term talks have yielded nothing, says KHN, director: Dirk Beljaarts on Monday.

KHN recently, last month filed a lawsuit against the State because of the special interest groups for the hospitality industry, and found that they are not the same, and will be treated as any other sector.
