Tubacex will distribute a gross dividend of 0.063 euros per title among its shareholders on June 6, as the company communicated this Tuesday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
This complementary dividend, charged to the results of 2022, was approved by the general meeting of shareholders on May 24.
The 'ex-date' date, from which the dividend will not be entitled, will be June 2, while the 'ex-record' date, which will determine who is entitled to receive it, will be June 5 .
The amount of the complementary dividend will be paid in accordance with the provisions in force for depository entities, using the means that Iberclear makes available to them.
Tubacex recorded its best results in the last 14 years in 2022. After two years of losses, the Álava company obtained a net profit of 20.2 million euros in the year and sales of 714.7 million, which represents an increase of 95.8% compared to 2021.
