The FC Barcelona player Fridolina Rolfö will continue at Barça Femení until 2026 after extending her contract with the Blaugrana entity this Thursday for the next three seasons, thus ensuring her continuity when her previous contract ends at the end of this campaign.
"Fridolina Rolfö has renewed her contract with FC Barcelona until June 30, 2026. The Swedish winger, who ended her relationship with the club at the end of the season, has sealed her continuity for another three years together with president Joan Laporta, in the office of the presidency of the Camp Nou", announced the club.
Rolfö arrived at the Blaugrana club a season and a half ago, initially as one of the best wingers on the European scene. His versatility, and the needs of the team, turned the Swedish international into a left-back.
To date, he has accumulated 63 games and 17 goals with the Blaugrana shirt and is key in the schemes of his coach, Jonatan Giráldez. "Playing on the wing was a great challenge. As I like challenges, it's fun and I feel that I have evolved a lot since I came here," the player assured, after renewing, to the club's media.
"I feel very happy to continue here, I enjoy every day. Barça is a very special club. Since I arrived a lot has happened, we have been able to see it in the games at the Camp Nou, with an amazing crowd that gives us great support I am very proud to represent this club," she said.
