The PP criticizes Sánchez for going to Morocco without clarifying Pegasus, Sahara and the possible "personal involvement" of his family

Tellado insists that the trip is "a full-fledged provocation" and Bravo assures that it is an example of "arrogance"

MADRID, 3 Ago. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The PP has charged again this Thursday against the acting President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, for going on vacation to Morocco without giving explanations for the "data leak" of his mobile with the Pegasus spyware, the twist in Western Sahara in favor of the Moroccan postulates and if there is behind this change a "personal involvement of him and his family".

This is how his deputy secretaries for Organization and Economy, Miguel Tellado and Juan Bravo, respectively, have spoken, who in separate interviews have agreed to censure the trip and demand explanations from Sánchez.

Tellado has assured in RNE, in statements collected by Europa Press, that the head of the Executive has gone to Morocco and has left "his emissaries negotiating with the independentistas" so that they support him and "to be able to continue being president when he returns".

In his opinion, Sánchez "has to be in Spain" because he is acting president and leader of the party, the PSOE, which "while in government has lost the elections." In addition, he has considered that he "must" dialogue with the PP, which he has won, and let Alberto Núñez Feijóo preside.

But he has also urged him to explain the change in position regarding the Sahara, which has "damaged" relations with third countries such as Algeria, while criticizing that he has not responded to "the personal involvement that he and he may have had his family in relation to that change of position".

"Going to Morocco, leaving the country when governance is in suspense... In our opinion, he is neglecting his basic obligations as acting president and is a full-blown provocation," Tellado said, reiterating his words from yesterday.

In his opinion, what Sánchez wants is to see if upon his return the country "ends up believing" that the PSOE "won the elections", but the reality is that it lost them, he has ruled.

For his part, Bravo recalled that the holding of the elections on July 23 forced people to "interrupt, delay or shorten" their summer vacations and involved an effort on the Security Forces and the Post Office, for which he has censured that for Sánchez the elections no longer matter and he has decided to go to Morocco with "arrogance", although personally he has said that he respects it.

Likewise, Bravo has declared that he is not surprised by the president's attitude and, in line with Tellado, has stressed that the Spanish "do not know" international politics in relation to Morocco and the Sahara, nor what has happened with Pegasus and the "data leak" from his mobile, because Sánchez has not given explanations, he lamented in an interview on Antena 3, collected by Europa Press.
