The Ibex 35 has endured the mid-session of this holiday Wednesday in Spain with an increase of 0.06%, up to 10,244 integers, which means remaining in the maximum zone since May 2018.

In Asia, the CSI300 index hit its lowest level in almost five years, while the Yuan extended its decline after Moody's downgraded the outlook for China's 'A1' rating to negative.

On a day in which little movement is expected in the Spanish stock market due to the Constitution Day holiday, the most notable values ​​in the middle section of the negotiation were scored by Grifols, with an increase of 2.44%, followed by Meliá Hotels (1.11%), Naturgy Energy (1.05%) and Sacyr (0.45%).

At the opening Inditex led the losses, with a fall of 2.1%, while in the mid-session it corrected its fall to 1.18%, behind the decline recorded by Solaria (-1.55%), Indra (-1.54%) and Banco Sabadell (-1.38%).

The majority of European stock markets were opting for increases at midday: Milan added 0.41%; London 0.3%; Paris 0.17% and Frankfurt 0.13%.

Likewise, the price of a barrel of Brent quality oil, a reference for the Old Continent, stood at a price of 76.52 dollars, with a decrease of 0.85%, while that of Texas stood at 71.59 dollars. , with a drop of 1%.

Finally, in the currency market, the price of the euro against the dollar stood at 1.0789 'greenbacks', while the Spanish risk premium was around 99.7 basis points, with the interest required on the bond at 10 years at 3.29%.
