The Ibex 35 has started the session this Wednesday with a fall of 0.6%, although it has managed to maintain the level of 9,100 points, in a day marked by the results of Inditex and in which investors will continue to pay attention to the situation banking in the United States.

After closing yesterday with a rise of 2.2%, up to 9,159 integers, and waiting for the meeting of the European Central Bank (ECB) this Thursday, the selective dawned at 9,103 integers, despite the fact that Wall Street closed yesterday in 'green', with a 1.05% rise in its main indicator, the Dow Jones.

Within the Ibex 35, the values ​​that fell the most at the opening were led by Inditex, which dropped 2.8% at 9:02 a.m., despite having reported a record net profit of 4,130 million euros in its 2022 fiscal year. 2023 (from February 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023), the first for Marta Ortega at the head of the company, which represents an increase of 27% compared to the previous year.

After Inditex, the decreases of BBVA (-1.05%), Colonial (-0.98%), Fluidra (-0.96%) and Aena (-0.55%) also stood out.

On the promotion side, Telefónica (0.91%), Logista (0.49%), Endesa (0.42%) and Grifols (0.10%) stood out.

The rest of the European stock markets also opened with falls: Milan dropped 0.6%, while Paris, London and Frankfurt lost around 0.4%.

At the opening of the stock market, a barrel of Brent, a reference for the Old Continent, rose 1%, to 78.29 dollars, while Texas was trading at 72.14 dollars, 1.1% more.

In the currency market, the euro was trading at $1.0736, while in the debt market, the yield on the Spanish 10-year bond rose to 3.544%.
