The PSOE militancy has endorsed by a large majority, 87.13 percent, the investiture pacts with Sumar and other formations in the consultation in which 63.4 percent of the militants voted, according to party sources.

Thus, the socialist bases, around 172,600 registered, have validated with 87.13 percent of the votes the investiture pacts of Pedro Sánchez with Sumar and other formations while he continues negotiating with Junts in the midst of the obstacles with the amnesty law .

The Federal Committee of the PSOE approved last Saturday the consultation of its bases that began on Monday and in which it was possible to vote electronically until Friday the 3rd at 12:00 p.m. and in person this Saturday until 8:00 p.m. in the municipal groups or of the PSOE district throughout the country and that, according to the party's Statutes, consultations on government agreements are obligatory and, their result, binding.

"Do you support the agreement to form a government with Sumar and achieve the support of other political formations to achieve the necessary majority?" was the question that the PSOE has asked its bases and which has been endorsed with 87.13 percent. percent of the votes, of which 11.93% voted against, with 92% counted.

Although the question does not mention a possible amnesty law, the militancy has been questioned about the possible agreements that the PSOE could adopt with the independence groups that demand it. Thus, the pacts with ERC, EH Bildu and BNG are already closed, although negotiations with Junts continue and an agreement still needs to be sealed with PNV as well.

Likewise, the PSC militancy this Saturday endorsed with 85.4 percent the party's agreements to invest Sánchez in a consultation in which 61.6 percent of members voted.

The agreement between the PSOE and ERC for the investiture of Pedro Sánchez contemplates the amnesty law, the continuity of the negotiation table, the comprehensive transfer of Rodalies and a forgiveness of part of the Autonomous Liquidity Fund (FLA), which corresponds to 15,000 millions of euros.

The PSOE has also reached an agreement in principle with the BNG that includes, among others, the implementation of commuter trains this term, at least in the areas of A Coruña-Ferrol and Vigo-Pontevedra. In addition, other agreed measures are up to 75 percent bonuses for frequent and recurring users of the AP-9 and AP-53 and a forgiveness of 20 percent of the debt corresponding to the FLA, in addition to the provision of new courts. of gender violence.
