The agreement has been signed by the Human Resources Department, as well as by the Federation of Industry, Construction and Agro of the General Union of Workers and Workers (UGT FICA) and with Habitat Workers Commissions (CCOO del Hábitat)

FCC has signed with the Federation of Industry, Construction and Agriculture of the General Union of Workers and Workers (UGT FICA) and with Habitat Workers' Commissions (CCOO del Hábitat) the First Equality Plan for the Corporate Services area of ​​the FCC Group and application to the companies Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas and FEDEMES. The agreement has been signed by the Human Resources Department, as well as by the aforementioned trade union organizations and represented by Natalia Galán Armero (CCOO del Hábitat) and Elena Martinez Vidal (UGT Fica ). Likewise, there has been the support of the legal representation of the workers who are members of the Company Committee. This Plan, valid for 4 years, consists of a set of measures that will allow further progress in the incorporation of women to positions in those who are underrepresented, as well as in the implementation of actions that favor the promotion of women. All this, without ignoring other equally relevant chapters, such as the insertion and labor protection of women victims of gender violence, reconciliation of personal and work life or prevention of occupational risks with a gender perspective. With the signing of this new equality plan the commitment of all signatory organizations to equal opportunities between women and men, already acquired since 2008, the date on which the first equality plan for the FCC company was signed, is consolidated and renewed.
