At each stage of Discover Red, guests were treated to a series of unforgettable creations by Christian Sinicropi, a two-Michelin-starred chef, and Tommaso Cecca, head bartender at Camparino in Galleria, two icons in their respective fields. that took the night beyond what was expected. The setting was the Hotel Martinez, which inspired guests with an evening that brought Campari's long heritage in film to life.

Guests were immersed in a four-part, multi-sensory dining experience curated by two icons of mixology and gastronomy. Chef Christian Sinicropi drew on his limitless skills as a two-Michelin-Star Chef to craft each dish paired to perfection with Campari cocktails, curated by Tommaso Cecca, Head Bartender at Camparino in Galleria, which offers legendary service in Milan and is a symbol of the quintessential aperitif.

To create an enhanced dining experience, when guests arrived for dinner, a seemingly ordinary table was transformed into a fully immersive display inspired by the Cannes Film Festival Red Carpet, Cannes Riviera, the power of imagination, and the place of Campari at the heart of cocktail culture. Each of the four episodes of the dinner began with an iconic Campari cocktail that inspired an unforgettable dish, stimulating the senses, as guests were guided through the evening by a storyteller accompanying the audiovisual show.
