The elected representative and future Argentine Foreign Minister, Diana Mondino, has traveled to Brasilia, "on a lightning trip that was kept secret until the last moment", to personally deliver the letter of invitation to the head of Brazil's diplomacy, Mauro Vieira, reports the Argentine news agency Télam.
