The acting president of the Government of Aragon and general secretary of the regional PSOE, Javier Lambán, will not lead the opposition to the new Executive of Jorge Azcón (PP) in the Cortes of Aragón and is committed to a "global" negotiation for local institutions with PAR and Teruel exists.
