Guasp proposes a 100% IBI discount for five years for the installation of renewable sources in homes

The national spokesperson for Citizens (CS) and candidate for the presidency of the Government, Patricia Guasp, has proposed a 100 percent IBI bonus for five years for the installation of renewable sources in homes.

"When CS governs the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands and also in this municipality of Andratx, it will subsidize 100% of the IBI for five years to all those families that install renewable energy sources in their buildings or join energy communities" , has announced the national spokesperson for CS and candidate for the Government, Patricia Guasp, at the presentation of the candidate for mayor of Andratx, Ángel Hoyos.

"You have to give tax incentives and not prohibit or limit as the setback pact does," added Guasp during the act, collected in a subsequent press release.

Likewise, he has also referred to the problem of access to housing. "CS has a plan with 30 measures because there is not a single formula to solve the problem", said the liberal, who has criticized "the interventionist measures of the Government of Francina Armengol and the Executive of Pedro Sánchez".

In this way, he has indicated that the first axis of action of the housing program consists of increasing the offer of the same by expediting the licenses and simplifying the obstacles and administrative procedures for the change of uses through public-private collaboration to be able to build housing at an affordable price.

During the act, he valued the "good work" carried out by Hoyos in the Urban Planning area of ​​the City Council since he has been responsible. "Without a doubt, he is the best candidate that Cs and the residents of Andratx can have to be mayor in these elections on May 28," said Guasp, who stressed that "his achievements have been many in recent months and It will give continuity to this transformation and modernization of the municipality".

For his part, the CS Andratx candidate highlighted during the presentation of his candidacy that his project for the next four years "will consist of continuing with all the changes initiated in this last stage of the legislature that will contribute to improving Andratx" and has assured that "CS is the only alternative to continue transforming the municipality".

During the event, Hoyos thanked "the involvement and commitment" of all the people who make up his list, made up of a team of "independents, representatives of civil society, willing to work to improve the lives of the Andritxols". .

"In less than a year we have turned around a City Hall anchored in the past to turn it into an agile, more efficient and closer administration, and our commitment is to complete the work that has already begun", remarked the CS candidate for mayor .

Thus, the candidate has detailed that his work in the next four years "will consist of providing the City Council with greater legal certainty, continuing to reduce the deadlines for the granting of licenses, fighting against the high prices of housing with incentives and increasing the construction of public and private housing, lower taxes and facilitate entrepreneurship".

Lastly, Ángel Hoyos stressed that his work will also focus on developing the new subsidiary regulations (NNSS) approved last Friday by the Consell de Mallorca, "which will serve to implement the projects that the municipality needs and that are planned in the CS program.

At this point, the candidate for mayor has specified that the new urban planning "will allow the unlocking of new public parking spaces, the development of urban centers and lifting the paralysis experienced by citizens who own buildings affected by Special Reform Plans Interior (PERI)".
