Digi maintains its dominance over portability in September and adds 48,500 more customers

MADRID, 2 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) -

In September, Digi maintained its dominance over company changes in the telecommunications market in Spain and has once again led portability, with Telefónica and Avatel as the only operators capable of increasing their net customer count in the mobile segment.

In this way, Digi has ended the month with 48,500 more mobile customers and has added 13,400 fixed broadband customers, according to market data to which Europa Press has had access and which will have to be confirmed by the National Commission of Markets and the Competition (CNMC).

On the other hand, Orange has led the losses in the mobile segment with around 30,000 net losses, while in fixed broadband around 6,000 homes have been lost.

Telefónica, for its part, has managed to attract some 7,800 mobile customers, although it has lost some 6,700 fixed-line customers, while Vodafone has lost 2,200 customers in fixed broadband, while its losses in mobile have been at around 26,000 lines.

For its part, MásMóvil has managed to add around 100 clients in the fixed segment, although it has given up around 7,700 mobile clients, while Avatel has added around 3,800 numbers to its mobile client portfolio.
