Cementos Molins has announced that two items have been added to the agenda of its general shareholders' meeting, scheduled for June 29, which include the possibility that the board of directors request a listing on the Spanish Stock Market Interconnection System (Mercado Continuous).
In a statement this Friday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the company explained that it will ask shareholders to delegate to the management team the possibility of requesting admission to trading on the Madrid, Bilbao and Valencia stock exchanges. .
The other new item on the agenda is the possibility of carrying out capital increases up to "half the nominal amount of the share capital on the date of authorization", with the possibility of excluding the preferential subscription right, during a period of five years.
