Azkoyen will submit the distribution of 4.5 million euros in dividends, an amount equivalent to 30% of its profit, for the approval of its ordinary general shareholders' meeting, scheduled for next June 23 in the first call and for the 24 in the second. consolidated net of 2022.

As stated in the agenda of the meeting, said dividend will accrue and be payable, at the latest, on July 21 of this year. Along with the approval of this dividend, the allocation of 6.37 million of the profit obtained in 2022 to voluntary reserves will also be submitted for approval by the board.

The group has also informed the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) that it will bring to its June meeting the re-election of Pablo Cervera as independent director and Eduardo Unzu as proprietary director for a period of three years in both cases.

Azkoyen's board of directors will also examine and approve the 2022 annual accounts, the management report of the group and the board of directors, as well as the annual report on directors' remuneration and a reform of this remuneration policy.

The Azkoyen group registered a net turnover of 170.8 million euros in 2022, with an increase of 23% compared to the previous year, with organic growth of 18% and inorganic growth of 5% derived from purchases of Vendon and Ascaso that the company made in July 2022.

Azkoyen's gross operating result (Ebitda) amounted to 28.1 million euros last year, 16.4% of sales, representing a growth of 24.1%.
