Ayuso assures that with Feijóo Spain "will be strong again for Latin America" and rejects Sánchez's nationalizations

He assures that the president "only wants the votes" of Hispanics and reproaches him for his relationship with "narco dictatorships"

MADRID, 25 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The president of the Community of Madrid and the Madrid PP, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has assured that with the national leader of her party, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, at the head of the Government of Spain, this "will once again be a strong and welcoming country for Latin America ", while he has criticized the "instrumentalization" that, in his opinion, the president of the central Executive, Pedro Sánchez, makes with the nationalizations of descendants of Spanish exiles in Latin America a few months before the municipal and regional elections.

Díaz Ayuso has participated this Saturday in an event organized in Madrid by the European People's Party and dedicated to all Hispanic-Americans residing in Spain and in Europe that has also had the participation of Núñez Feijóo himself. In it, Ayuso has defended Hispanic identity and has criticized that those who are dedicated to denigrating it are now trying to use it to get votes.

"Sánchez does not want Hispanic Americans, only the votes of Hispanic Americans," said the Madrid president, who has accused the chief executive of relying on "narco-dictatorships" on the other side of the Atlantic.

"They know no limits and their power is ending. They are powerful machines that only want dependent, anesthetized, subsidized peoples," warned Díaz Ayuso, who has established a parallel between the left-wing governments of Latin America and Spain.

"The PP is going to have to fix this disaster," warned the "popular" leader, who has claimed the "universal vocation" of her party, as well as that of Spain.

Isabel Díaz Ayuso has criticized the "hurried" process of nationalization of descendants of Spanish exiles in Latin America and that the Government believes that they "continue to be anchored in civil war as their partners", which is "a great mistake", since these people "carry their homeland in their hearts and do not belong to any side."

"Today our sister Latin America needs us more than ever and for her voice to be heard from Madrid", Díaz Ayuso has sentenced, who has reproached the President of the Government for not having been in "any hurry" to nationalize the Hispanic Americans who have "so many long years here", nor a little to standardize the qualifications of health professionals from those countries residing in Spain "when they were most needed.

The president of the Community has stressed that Madrid "is everyone's home" and has promised to "continue promoting the Hispanic Festival in October to remember that "united" all Hispanics are "stronger", with "a past common ground, the same culture and a future to be won together".

"Here nobody is superfluous, nobody is in the way, all accents fit, especially those of Latin America", defended the president, who reminded the 865,000 Americans who live in Madrid that they are "from Madrid" and make Madrid, a region that has positioned as a "model of coexistence and integration".

For all this, Isabel Díaz Ayuso has called to "fill Spain with the desire for change" on May 28, the date of the regional and municipal elections, to leave behind these "disastrous" years of alliances between the Spanish Government and "infamous narco-dictatorships ".

Isabel Díaz Ayuso has been preceded in speaking by the mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, who has also claimed the legacy of Hispanicity, a "success story built together" and with "indestructible" ties. despite attempts to kill them.

"We love you, we adore you, we need you Hispanics in Madrid. Being mayor of Madrid is being mayor of Latin America in Europe", emphasized the councilor, who thanked the Hispanic residents in Spain for having served as "inspiration".

"The best is yet to come, thanks to you we will achieve it", remarked Martínez-Almeida, who has invited to "protect" that "great treasure" that is Hispanicity, a "premise" on which to help both prevail sides of the Atlantic "democracy, freedom and Human Rights".

"I call on you to work together, in a few months, for a better Madrid and that happens because in 63 days we go to the polls and give a clear message, that Hispanics are with the PP, with Feijóo, with Ayuso and that Madrid is the capital of Latin America in Europe", concluded the mayor.
