Atrys Health multiplies its semiannual losses by seven due to atypical conditions, but bills 33% more

Without the extraordinary impacts, it would have obtained a profit of 4.2 million

Atrys Health recorded attributed losses of 23 million euros in the first half of this year due to atypical cases, a figure seven times higher than the 'red numbers' of 3.1 million euros in the same period of the previous year, as reported this Friday by the signs to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

Specifically, the company has attributed the losses to a series of extraordinary impacts, such as the updating of debt costs and recurring expenses, which correspond mainly to compensation and efficiency measures, as explained to Europa Press.

However, Atrys Health has detailed that without the extraordinary impacts it would have recorded an attributable profit of 4.2 million euros.

The company achieved a turnover of 118.23 million euros during the first half of this year, 33% above the 88.9 million euros registered in the same period of 2022.

In addition, Atrys recorded a gross operating result (Ebitda) of 22.6 million euros until June, 34.8% more, while its adjusted Ebitda grew to 25.7 million euros, which represents an increase of 21.4%.

The gross margin for the first half of 2023 stood at 86 million euros, 15.4% more than in the same period of the previous year.

The investment in 'capex' reached 6.9 million euros, of which 2.3 million correspond to the expansion linked to the openings of new production centers, as highlighted by the firm in a press release.

By activities, the company has highlighted that the evolution of turnover compared to 2022 is also "very positive", resulting in a 'like for like' growth of 9% and 10.3% ex revenues related to Covid-19. 19.

CONFIRMS THE 'GUIDANCE' FOR 2023.

The company has highlighted that the results for the first half of the year reflect a growth in the main financial figures that allow it to reiterate its commitment to achieving advanced guidance for the current year.
