The 13 detainees and two investigated in Albudeite, a town of 1,300 inhabitants, have been released with precautionary measures after going to court for their relationship with an alleged vote-buying plot similar to the one developed in Mojácar (Almería), in this case also with two arrested PSOE candidates.

This week another operation was also carried out in Melilla, carried out by agents of the National Police, which left ten detainees, including a councilor from the Coalition for Melilla (CPM) implicated in the alleged purchase of votes.

The PSOE of the Region of Murcia has pointed out that, if the alleged crime of buying votes by its candidate for Mayor of Albudeite, Isabel Peñalver, is confirmed, it will proceed to expel her "immediately" from the party and remove her from all positions. that occupies

In a statement, the Socialist Party has expressed its desire to "make it clear" that it will not ignore "any type of lack of exemplarity" in the organization. "Our pulse does not tremble in the face of any illegal or unethical practice," he has indicated.
