The president of the Constitutional Court (TC), Pedro Gonzçález-Trvijano, has convened a plenary session for this Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. for the appeal filed by the Senate against the decision of the TC to urgently suspend the parliamentary process in the Upper House of the two amendments that sought to renew the court of guarantees.
As reported by the TC, the Senate "requests that said challenge be resolved before December 22, since this is the date scheduled for debate and voting by the Senate Plenary on the bill."
