Internal Affairs agents of the National Police have arrested the Fuengirola commissioner on Monday morning for omission of the duty to prosecute crimes, coercion, violation of secrets with serious damage to the public cause, discovery and disclosure of secrets, as confirmed to Europa Press police sources.
After the transfer to the police station, the same sources have explained that they will proceed to their dismissal, the suspension of employment and salary and the opening of a disciplinary file.
Likewise, from the Police they indicate that one more person has been arrested for the same case.
