The captain of the Spanish basketball team, Rudy Fernández, will not play this Wednesday (1:30 p.m.) against Turkey in the last match of the first phase of the 2022 Eurobasket due to the blow to his right leg he suffered the day before in the match against Montenegro, reports the Spanish Basketball Federation (FEB).

Rudy Fernández had to leave the pitch in the match against Montenegro, in which Sergio Scariolo's team won (65-82) and qualified for the round of 16 of the continental tournament. The Real Madrid international will therefore drop out of the game in which Spain will seek to confirm first place in the group.
