The PSOE has presented this Sunday two writings before the Constitutional Court (TC) to try to stop this body from admitting the amparo appeal that the Popular Party registered last Friday with which it intends that the Courts do not vote on the amendments that seek to facilitate the renewal of the guarantee body itself, and alleges that stopping the reform violates the rights of citizens, according to what Diario.es has advanced and socialist sources have confirmed to Europa Press.
